After some time Romanian made a RW in their region (West Sibirian Region) so Russia end up with 2 region... after some time mihovil and Krle made a RW with their money in Northwestern region and they won... Northwestern region was liberated from Romania and so became the 3. Russian region. After that he became 2. time Russian president... He loaned 120 tala from Italy and made q1 food company and payed some tala for MMPs so Russia can have war every day..
