If you want to grow in politics, be a candidate for congress or even Presidency of your country, you must join a party or make one.

Political parties are the foundation of the political system in eJahan. To join a party access the 'My places' tab from the main menu and clicking on the 'Party' link.

Join a Party

If you click "Join a Party" you will see all of the parties in your country. Select the link of the party and click "Join" to join a party. To join a party, you also need to be located in the country and have citizenship.

Create Party

Sometimes you might want to create your own party from the beginning. Remember, however, in established countries, it is often much cheaper to take over a smaller abandoned party by becoming a the Party president and then changing the party's attributes.

Click "Create Party" and you will see the Create Party Screen.

Requirements

Citizens have to have 40 TALA .

Party main page

Once you join a party, or just browsing through them, you will see the following information

Info

• Avatar and name of the party
• Name of the party president
• Country of the party
• Link to the party's wiki page

The "Social" section shows:

• Number of members
• Political orientation
• Click the See All Members to see Party member
• Join/Resign - If you are not a member of the party, you will see a "Join" button. Click this to Join. If you are a member, you will see "Resign", click the button to resign from the party.

Elections

The elections section is where you will go to view citizens elected from your party and vote in future elections.

Party Presidency

This section displays:

• Party president (avatar, username)
• Click "Last election" to see the last party election results
• Vice party president (avatar, username)
• Next election
• Click "Show candidates" to view the list of candidates for the next party elections

Note: If you want to candidate for party elections your puberty level must be at least "Political level 2" (250 EP).

Congress

This section shows:

• The number of party members in Congress
• Click "Last election" button to see the results of the last election
• The number of days until the next Congressional elections
• Click "Show candidates" button to see the list of party members running for congress

Country Presidency

This section shows:

• The current country president
• Click "Last election" button to view the last presidential elections result
• Party's proposed candidate
• The number of remaining days until the next election
• Click "Show candidates" button to view the list of all candidates.
